William J. Bingle, a native of Toledo, has been engaged in a private law practice based in Toledo, Ohio since 1972, after honorable discharge from the U.S. Air Force.

Mr. Bingle primarily practices in the areas of probate, estate planning and real estate.

Mr. Bingle is admitted to practice in Ohio. He is a member of the Toledo Bar Association, past President of the Board of Trustees of Advocates for Basic Legal Equality and Legal Aid of Western Ohio, and founder and President emeritus of Toledo Celtics Rugby Football Club.
